By accessing or using LSA Spy ("the Service"), operated by LSASpy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LSA Spy provides analytics and tracking tools for Google Local Services Ads. We collect publicly available ranking data and present it through our dashboard, APIs, and reports to help businesses understand their competitive landscape.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond what our API permits
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data without our written permission

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Data and Accuracy

The ranking data, analytics, and insights provided through LSA Spy are based on publicly available information and our proprietary collection methods. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. The Service is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of LSASpy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSASpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
